Shipping to rest of world is a flat rate of $30

All prices quoted are in NZD. Shipping times and estimates are based on working days, and are subject to change without notice.


We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days however there may be a delay in delivery times during the holiday season. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order.

For overnight, rushed orders or special shipping requirements a quote can be provided. Please email hello@sarahbell.co.nz and we will do our best to help.

When ordering from Sarah Bell we require your full name or business name, postal address for delivery, valid email address, telephone no. And credit card details. Our (privacy policy) explains how we protect your information. We are unable to deliver to PO box numbers. Please provide a daytime delivery address as your package will be delivered from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. The package must be signed for when it is delivered. If you are out a collection card will be left. You must collect your parcel from the post office within 10 days otherwise it will be returned to us, at the purchaser's expense. For safety reasons parcels cannot be left by request.

 

International orders may be required to pay customs duties or taxes upon the arrival of your goods. These are outside of our control and Sarah Bell can not take responsibility for local duties and taxes incurred. We recommend checking  with the customs authorities in your area to calculate any additional costs. We take care to ensure your order is delivered promptly, however Sarah Bell takes no responsibility for postage delays that are outside of our control, or delays caused by insufficient delivery information.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We sincerely hope you will love your purchase, but if for whatever reason you are not satisfied you can return your purchase for an exchange or refund. In order to be eligible, returns must be in unused condition with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted on full price items only. Customised fit orders are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange. We do not refund any sale items. We reserve the right to deny any refunds or exchanges if the return does not meet our return policy requirements. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. We cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost on the way back to us. For a safe return we recommend using a tracked courier.

TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please notify
hello@sarahbell.co.nz within 2 days of receiving your item to request a return authorisation, quoting your order no. and the item you wish to exchange. We will send you a confirmation email with our return address details. We require the merchandise to be returned to us within 10 working days from the date we send you the returns authorisation.

Once we receive your return you will be issued with a full refund (less shipping) or an exchange if preferred.
